for generating and recording all invoices and cash receipts for the National
Office and 32 Chapter locations. Ms. Puente also processes payment and prepares
deposits. Meanwhile Monica reconciles various revenue accounts, reviews general
ledger for revenue recording accuracy, and manages collections. Ms. Puente also
processes payroll on a bi-weekly basis. |

Ms. Pena reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for
Accounts Payable in the Finance Department. This includes recordkeeping, and
processing vendor payments for all national and chapter vendors. She reviews
chapter vendor invoice requests and expense reports for proper approval and
compliance with company policies. She is part of the monthly financial reporting
process to all NSHMBA chapters. She also assists with documentation and general
ledger transactions, journal entries and other records. |

Ms. Bolyard reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible
for administration of the general ledger accounting systems, general ledger
reconciliations, monthly internal financial statements, and analytical
reporting. She coordinates the preparations for the annual external audit, the
preparations for the annual tax return, and various administrative contracts.
Karen also coordinates on administering informational tax returns, state
exemptions required throughout the United States, and issuance of insurance
certificates when needed. |

In-kind acknowledgment letters meanwhile also does various accounting duties as

pre-planning to post-planning activities. Additionally, manages the conference
volunteer program, a fundamental component of the Annual Conference & Career
